Upon leaving the Airport at Lihue, Continue toward KAPAA.  Look for Rt. 51 North, turn right.  Rt. 51 turns into Rt. 56.

• As you approach mile marker 14 you will pass the Anahola Post Office and Whaler's General Store on your right.  Just past mile marker 14, turn right at Aliomanu Road. (There will be a "No Outlet" sign on the right).

• Continue on this road along the beach and the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean for about 1.3 miles.

• Mahina Kai is at 4933 Aliomanu Road. (You will see a sign at the entrance to the driveway on the left).

• If you reach the end of the Aliomanu Road, you've gone too far. Come back a short distance and you can begin your vacation.

• Also, be warned that Aliomanu Road has 2 entrances from Rt. 56.  The northern one will NOT go through to Mahina Kai.
